ELIZABETH L. GOODEN

Elizabeth Gooden is the one leaders call when they’re out of quick fixes and ready for real change.

 

With over 20 years of experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Elizabeth has led HR from every angle — from executive strategy to compliance to crisis response. She brings a rare mix of sharp strategy and human-first leadership, helping organizations reset their structure, strengthen their people, and rebuild trust where it’s been lost.

 

She’s not here to babysit broken systems. She’s here to get results. That means telling the truth, identifying what’s in the way, and guiding leaders into alignment with clarity, courage, and care.

 

Elizabeth holds an MBA, SHRM-SCP certification, and is an EQ-i 2.0® Certified Practitioner and Certified Federal EEO Investigator. But what sets her apart isn’t just credentials. It’s how she sees the heart of a business by looking at its people — and knows exactly what to do next.
