Over more than three decades, Elizabeth Gooden has served organizations from frontline HR administration through the roles of Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Her work has involved leadership decisions, workforce concerns, operational challenges, and organizational transitions. That experience informs how she examines a situation, weighs relevant perspectives, and helps leaders establish a practical course of action.
Her experience as both a CHRO and COO connects people strategy with operational responsibilities and the organization’s ability to deliver.
The courage to build Lionheart
Building Lionheart HR was always a dream of mine. After more than 30 years in human resources and executive leadership, I made the decision to turn that dream into something of my own.
Throughout my career, I have worked alongside leaders, navigated complex organizational challenges, and witnessed firsthand how leadership decisions affect people, culture, and organizational performance. Those experiences shaped my understanding of what organizations need and the value of having an experienced, trusted advisor who can help leaders address difficult challenges.
Lionheart HR represents more than starting a business. It represents the courage to pursue a vision, the confidence to build on decades of experience, and the commitment to make a meaningful difference in the organizations.
