ELIZABETH L. GOODEN
Elizabeth L. Gooden is the person leaders call when quick fixes have stopped working and the cost of getting people decisions wrong is too high to ignore.

With more than 20 years of experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Elizabeth has led HR from every angle: executive decision-making, workforce strategy, compliance, and crisis response. She understands how people issues show up differently at scale and how easily misalignment, uncertainty, and risk land squarely on the leader’s shoulders.

Her work blends disciplined HR strategy with human-centered leadership to help organizations reset structure, strengthen leadership capability, and rebuild trust when it’s been strained or lost. This isn’t surface-level change. It’s the kind that stabilizes organizations and allows leaders to move forward with confidence.

Elizabeth isn’t here to babysit broken systems. She’s here to get results. That means telling the truth, identifying what’s standing in the way, and guiding leaders toward alignment with clarity, courage, and care.

She holds an MBA, SHRM-SCP certification, and is an EQ-i 2.0® Certified Practitioner and Certified Federal EEO Investigator. But what truly distinguishes her is not credentials.
